"Related rights" means (a) in relation to shares or investments, all dividends, distributions and other income paid or payable on a share or investment, together with all shares or other property derived from any share or investment and all other allotments, accretions, rights, benefits and advantages of all kinds accruing, offered or otherwise derived from or incidental to that share or investment (whether by way of conversion, redemption, bonus, preference, option or otherwise), and (b) in relation to any other charged property: (I) the proceeds of sale or rental of any part of that asset, (ii) all rights under any licence, agreement for sale or agreement for lease in respect of that asset, (iii) all rights, benefits, claims, contracts, warranties, remedies, security, indemnities or covenants for title in respect of that asset, (iv) any income, moneys and proceeds paid or payable in respect of that asset and/or (v) any other assets deriving from or relating to all or any part of that asset.
